Hello 🤍 I’m Macy Dawn Brown. I’m a fully licensed cosmetologist in Alabama and Mississippi, a wife to my best friend, and a devoted cat mom of three. My journey in cosmetology began in 2020 at Meraki Academy of Cosmetology, where I built the foundation for my career and discovered a deep love for the art of hair. After graduating, I spent two and a half years at The Willows Day Spa, an experience that strengthened my confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail behind the chair. I then continued growing for another two and a half years at SippiLife Salon—an important chapter that will always hold a special place in my story. I am now beginning a new chapter at Bushwhackers Salon in my hometown of Iuka, Mississippi, where I work alongside four other talented stylists. I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue learning, refining my craft, and serving my clients in a fresh environment. My goal is for every client to feel comfortable, relaxed, and fully themselves in my chair. I believe the best work happens when you feel seen, heard, and cared for—without pressure or judgment. Each service is personal, and I take pride in creating a calm, welcoming space where you can truly enjoy your time. I believe beauty has no limits and no one definition. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and No-Call No-Show Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Failure to provide adequate notice or failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without any communication will result in the following consequences: 1. Cancellation: - If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a refundable 50% deposit may be required to further book appointments.. (deposit is deducted at checkout) **this may not always be the case depending on circumstances, habitual cancellations will result in this being put into place. 2. No-Call No-Show: - Failing to show up for your appointment without prior notice (no-call no-show) will result in a penalty. - A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required for any future bookings to secure your appointment slot. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to both my clients and myself, as missed appointments affect my ability to accommodate other clients.
